Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Incorrect item received
• Item is unused and in original condition

Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
• Requests submitted after the return window

Return Process

1.Contact info@glosterft.com with order number and details

2.Wait for our support team to approve your request and send you specific return shipping instructions,and we will send the return address to you .

3.Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (tracking information is required for all returns)

4.Once the returned item is delivered to our warehouse and inspected to meet return eligibility, we will process your refund within 2 business days. 

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged product on arrival).
